PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS

Bulgaria Fast-Track Citizenship Program (PR and citizenship in 1 step):

Financing Option of EUR 260,000, or Real Estate Purchase Option of EUR 430,000.
Supplemental Offering (EUR 80,000) allows a spouse or non-dependent child to apply for citizenship at the same time as the rest of the family.
Prices are locked-in at the time of investment (so not effected by market fluctuations).

Bulgaria Permanent Residence Program (PR; citizenship application after 5 years of PR):

Applicant chooses either the Financing Option (EUR 155,000) or Real Estate Option (EUR 215,000) for the PR process
After 1 year of PR, applicant chooses either the Financing Option (EUR 125,000) or Real Estate Option (EUR 215,000) for the Fast-Track citizenship process, so can ‘mix & match’ investment options
More costly in total, but smaller cash outlay initially
Citizenship pricing subject to change in future, based on market conditions

Bulgaria Permanent Residence Program (2-step citizenship; citizenship application after 1 year of PR):

Applicant chooses either the Financing Option (EUR 155,000) or Real Estate Option (EUR 215,000) for the PR process.
Applicant wait 5 years and applies for standard citizenship (no additional investment required).

All nationalities may apply
Bulgaria PR will allow the applicant and his/her family to work , live and study in Bulgaria
Once Bulgaria becomes a member of Schengen (expected to occur in 2019), PR-holders will have visa-free access to all Schengen countries.
Bulgaria citizens have the right to reside, work, and study anywhere in Europe.
Bulgaria citizens have visa-free access to approx. 142 countries (including Canada and Europe).
Applicant receives PR in 6-8 months, and citizenship in less than 2 years in total (Fast-Track program).
Citizenship is transferable by descent (to all children and grandchildren).
Applicants may chose either a Financing Option or Real Estate Purchase Option

Be 18 years of age or older.
Possess a valid passport and reside legally in a country.
Visit Bulgaria twice, for 2-4 days (but no further in-country residence requirement).
Pass a due diligence and medical check.
Make only a declaration on source of funds

Agent or clients submits Questionnaire and all application documents to us.
Applicant signs Professional Services Agreement and remits the professional, due diligence, and government fee to us.
We open a Bulgarian bank account on the applicant’s behalf, and applicant transfers investment funds there.
We facilitate non-recourse loan financing or real estate purchase, and purchases Government bonds (or Bulgaria-listed stocks) on the applicant’s behalf.
Applicant applies for Visa D and comes to Bulgaria to submit the PR application.
Upon PR approval, the applicant visits Bulgaria a second time to complete the bio-metrics process and apply for the PR card.
After 1 year of PR, We will assist the applicant to apply for Fast-Track citizenship (or the applicant can apply for standard citizenship after 5 years)
